We will contact you to collect payment info when the repair is finished. Please allow 10 business days for repairs and 5 days for return shipping.
Transponders with dead or dying batteries must be sent in for battery replacement. We do not ship replacement batteries directly to customers. Battery replacement cost for activated units is $10 + freight. Battery and box replacement cost for rechargeable units is $40 + freight.
